**Job Title:** F&B Manager
Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are seeking a skilled F&B Manager to lead our Front of the House and Heart of the House operations.
Summary:
* Manage and coordinate daily F&B operations with right delegation.
* Monitor reservation status and communicate with culinary team.
* Plan and control manning to meet business needs.
* Maintain service standards and procedures for the outlet.
* Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance in the outlet.
* Provide immediate attention to guest complaints.
* Interpret financial reports and create plans to improve profits.
* Recruit, develop and retain F&B team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Delegating tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
2. Monitoring reservation status to optimize staffing levels.
3. Analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
4. Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
5. Leading by example, promoting teamwork and motivating staff to deliver exceptional results.
6. Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
**Requirements:
* 2 years of F&B management experience.
* Experience in a similar size/style of 5-star hotel.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management.
* Leadership/People management skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and independently.
**Salary:** S$ 5500 - S$ 6500 per month (estimated)
