The company, a leading Nationwide Builders Provider, is committed to delivering top-quality materials and solutions to the construction industry. This position seeks a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across new and existing markets by developing the Dublin Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Foster relationships with clients to maximize repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and networking events to build strong relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential gaps in the market through research.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on the full product range and advise clients on suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and building materials.
