Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the TA team with multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment and selection process.
This role plays a key part in advertising roles, coordinating interviews, engaging with stakeholders, and tracking outcomes to meet service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all roles are progressed according to agreed procedures.
* Plan and coordinate interview panel members to enable smooth running of interviews.
* Support TA Specialists to finalise interview documentation in a timely manner.
* Progress each stage of the interview process without delays.
* Manage the Recruitment Mailbox, responding to queries and demonstrating a professional service delivery focus.
* Produce management reports to support team operations and drive actions by quality data insights.
* Engage with agency partners to provide necessary information for servicing business needs.
* Support HR Operations in preparing employment contracts.
* Support all stages of recruitment and selection, including close out actions following interviews.
* Work with the Team Lead to adopt best practice and modernise Talent Acquisition processes.
* Leverage digital, social media, and physical channels to maintain employer branding.
Requirements:
* Relevant operational experience within a corporate environment (typically 3+ years in a similar role).
* Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.
* Good problem-solving abilities and judgment.
* Strong business relationships with stakeholders across different functions and external partners.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and strong systems skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to produce quality reports.
* Organisational and prioritisation skills.
