Customer Operations Executive
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Executive. This role involves working closely with customers, drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to efficiently manage contract renewal processes for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Gain in-depth knowledge of our services, products, systems, and processes to effectively carry out your role, including quoting and ordering for existing customers in a timely and thorough manner.
* Ensure all current procedures are followed to comply with business controls.
* Verify that all necessary documents and contracts are correctly filed and in order.
* Prepare quotes for new purchases and leasing agreements.
* Ensure timely completion of work requests in line with service level agreements.
* Contribute to new initiatives and processes to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain and update client data and information accurately and promptly.
* Collaborate closely with other internal teams to meet business and customer goals.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
* Previous experience in call centre, customer service or related roles.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Strong at working with numbers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
