Administrative Officer Opportunity
Honeycomb is partnering with a large Public Sector organisation to assist with day-to-day operations.
Role
The role requires a temporary, ongoing Administrative Officer to work 37 hours per week at our base site in Newry.
The successful candidate must have access to a mode of transport and meet the requirements of the post.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year's previous work experience in customer service, administrative duties, and using Microsoft Office Packages.
Previous experience with Management Information System and/or online postal system also required.
Alternatively
In lieu of qualifications, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years' previous experience in the above areas.
