Responsibilities:
1. Identify passive and active candidates in the marketplace
2. Attend recruitment events to increase candidate pipeline
3. Utilise job boards, social media, and marketing to maintain strong candidate pools
4. Conduct and manage the interview process including prescreening testing
5. Manage the offer and on boarding process for the candidate, including sending all legal and contractual paperwork
6. Manage the rejection process of the unsuccessful candidates
7. Ensure compliance with internal processes as well as the client’s requirements
8. Act as a point of contact to the hiring managers and workers for queries during the recruitment process
9. Respond to any ad hoc queries raised by either the worker or the hiring manager population in a timely and satisfactory manner
10. Ensure a strong knowledge of current market conditions and relay that information to both internal and external stakeholders
11. Manage the off boarding of any worker leaving the client site
12. Ensuring workers accurately complete the time capture process so that they are paid correct and on time;
13. Ensuring compliance with the disciplinary and grievance policy engaging with your program manager where necessary;
14. Performance management of Kelly Staffing/GI employees including regular reviews and catch ups;
15. Dealing with any ad hoc queries raised by either the worker or the hiring manager population in a timely and satisfactory manner;
16. Completing return to work interviews, disciplinary and grievance meetings as required;
