Our client is looking to fill an administrative position in their familial branch in Phibsborough in North Dublin.

The Role:
* Greet and assist walk-in visitors, addressing any queries they may have.
* Handle incoming phone calls.
* Prepare brochures and window advertisements.
* Manage office stationery and supplies, placing orders as needed.
* Maintain property files both in the CRM and as hard copies.
* Assist with sales files, property service agreements, sales advice notices, and follow up on sales due for completion.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, distribution of mail, and petty cash management.
* Oversee the office diary.
* Maintain all online advertisements, ensuring information is accurate and updated as necessary.
* Support the property management team when needed.
* Liaise with contractors.
* Prepare paperwork related to lettings, ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Acts and RTB guidelines.
* Handle the registration and annual renewal of tenancies with the RTB.
* Carry out various ad hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
* Experience in a Real Estate agency will be a big advantage.
* Good knowledge of CRM systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Good time management skills.
