Junior Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced ingredients.
* Maintain high standards and adhere to HACCP regulations.
* Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience working within a large, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction.
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and current industry trends.
