Job Description
It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the IT Quality Technology Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of IT solutions delivered by the company. The IT Quality Technology Lead works closely with the IT project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define, implement, and monitor quality standards, processes, and metrics. The IT Quality Technology Lead also provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the IT quality assurance staff and contributes to the continuous improvement of the IT quality management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Owns project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions.
2. Expertise with Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Return to Vendor process, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, Quality Reports, Audit Reports, Risk Assessment Reports, etc.
3. Ability to analyze and perform basic and complex configuration within the ERP Quality space.
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP systems meet business requirements.
5. Collaborate with the IT teams, quality team, and other business units to ensure alignment and coordination of the IT initiatives and projects.
6. Provide training and coaching to the quality staff and stakeholders on quality IT systems and best practices.
7. Collaborate and govern the Application Management Service team that will provide technical support and documentation and ensure standards are being followed.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
9. At least 7 years of experience in similar role
10. Experience in SAP Quality Management
11. High level of integration understanding of subsequent modules (MM, SD, PP, PM)
12. Familiar in reading ABAP code
13. Preferred experience in S/4 HANA
14. Preferred experience in Food and Pharma Industry and corresponding regulatory requirements
15. Knowledge of supporting applications (MES/LIMS) and interdependencies to SAP QM
16. Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
17. Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally
18. Fluency in English is a must; command of other languages is a plus

Location: The preferred location for this role is Cork, Ireland, the role can also be remote (within Ireland)
