Job Summary
This Sales Graduate Programme is a 24-month graduate scheme that offers the opportunity to work nationally and internationally. You will initially work on a rotation program incorporating Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Hilti Stores before moving into an Account Manager role.
Job Description
The programme is designed for you to gain exposure to senior management while learning the commercial aspects of our business. You will be mentored by a member of our leadership team and have dedicated time with HR and Learning and Development teams for support and guidance.
You will also have the opportunity to progress into a role in either Sales or Marketing, which could see you working as a Sales Team Leader, International Product Manager, or Marketing Business Partner.
Requirements
* Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
* Curious and committed individual with good communication and social skills
* Confident in managing challenge and assertive in pushing back within a sales environment
* Excited about rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on with product innovations
* Strong interest in working within a commercial environment with a focus on sales & marketing
* Nationally mobile
* Full, valid Irish or EU manual driving license required
* Programme not eligible for visa sponsorship
