Main Responsibilities
* BUILD ACCURATE AND DETAILED RECORDS OF CANDIDATES' COMPLIANCE STATUS FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES.
* E NSURE FILES MEET REQUIRED STANDARDS BY REVIEWING AND VERIFYING IDENTITY DOCUMENTATION, APPLYING FOR REFERENCES, AND VERIFYING REGISTRATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS.
* SUPPORT SCREENING, SHORTLISTING, FACE-TO-FACE, AND ONLINE INTERVIEWS TO ENSURE CANDIDATES MEET FRAMEWORK REQUIREMENTS.
* COLLATE CANDIDATE DOCUMENTATION IN LINE WITH FRAMEWORK REQUIREMENTS AND ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE ACCURATELY RECORDED AND UPDATED AS REQUIRED ON THE CRM SYSTEM.
* Maintain spreadsheets for onboarding candidates documents.
* PREPARE PRE-PLACEMENT CHECKLISTS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH ONBOARDING PROCESS.
* ASSIST WITH REPORTING AND UPDATING NEW STARTERS' COMPLIANCE STATUS.
* ESCALATE ISSUES, DELAYS, AND NON-COMPLIANT CANDIDATES TO ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION.
* COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CANDIDATES, STAKEHOLDERS, AND INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS THROUGH PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES, AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS.
* ASSIST WITH AUDIT TASKS, BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL, TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
Person Specification
* MINIMUM FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
* GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY INTERACT WITH CANDIDATES, STAKEHOLDERS, AND INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS AT ALL LEVELS.
* ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND WORK UNDER PRESSURE TO MEET TIGHT DEADLINES WHILE MAINTAINING ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
* EXCELLENT ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PRIORITISE WORKLOAD TO MAXIMISE PRODUCTIVITY.
* AUTONOMY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM AND INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION.
