Renal Clinical Sales Specialist Role
We are recruiting for a field-based Renal Clinical Sales Specialist role covering a nationwide territory. The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively throughout Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Education and support of customers on the correct use of company renal products, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and sales.
* Development and nurturing of relationships with customers to optimise sales potential.
* Liaison with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel and educators in the Irish hospital environment as required.
* Provision of quality patient-focused service alongside other team members.
* Service assigned accounts and suggest/present new products, developing new opportunities.
* Screening, evaluation and capitalisation on business development opportunities.
* Preparation and delivery of training and education programs to provide comprehensive offerings of company renal products.
* Participation in the completion of tenders, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
* Flexibility to travel to all customers throughout Ireland.
* Ability to travel nationwide and internationally as required.
* Generation of sales to achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with targets.
* Maintenance of up-to-date and accurate customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats.
* Maximisation of use & sale of company products utilising high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Nursing with Renal Nursing Experience.
* Proven track record within a Sales Role.
* Hospital, Community Care Sales Experience.
* Renal Therapies sales experience would be advantageous.
* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative, time management and IT skills.
* Clean full driving license.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
About the Role
This is a 35 hour working week role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong track record in sales, and the ability to travel extensively throughout Ireland.
