We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager in our Drogheda office to lead Human Resources and deliver people-focused initiatives that support our goals.
We need an individual qualifies in HR, with leadership skills, strategic, and compliant in employment law.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, solutions-driven, and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage the HR group, overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Act as a key link between management and employees, handling queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
Support the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Maintain and enhance pay structures Ensure compliance with employment legislation Promote a learning and development culture (a background in training environments is an advantage) Champion diversity, equity, and development culture Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
