Campaign Management Role at The Shannon Airport Group
Your new role will involve developing, implementing, and overseeing high-impact communications and PR campaigns and strategies, monitoring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Media Outreach: Engage with influencers, media, and other channels to raise awareness and understanding of The Shannon Airport Group.
* Content Creation: Draft press releases, media statements, respond to media enquiries, compile publications, and plan events and press conferences promptly.
* Brand Consistency: Oversee the creation of communications materials to ensure consistency with the organization's brand, including press releases and speech materials.
* Social Media Content: Create content for social media platforms, including videos.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the Head of Communications in engaging with stakeholders.
* Media and Internal Support: Provide media advice and internal communications support to colleagues.
* Representation: Represent the organisation at events and press conferences.
* Crisis Communication: Participate in crisis communication preparedness activities.
* Event Management: Maintain and manage shared appointments and the department's calendar of events.
Requirements:
* Education: A recognised third-level degree or relevant qualification in PR, communications, media, or a related field.
* Experience: Experience in a PR agency or in-house PR role is advantageous.
* Skills: Excellent writing, editing, communication, storytelling, and project management abilities. Flexibility and adaptability, exceptional organisational skills, comfortable dealing with the media, strong social and digital media skills, analytical and strategic thinking, ability to independently gather, analyse, interpret, and summarise data.
