As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of our product line.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Provide detailed information about our building materials, including product specifications, availability, and pricing.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
3. Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
4. Familiarity with building materials and the construction industry is a plus.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
