We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fabricator to join our busy Facilities and Maintenance team at FLI Precast Solutions. This permanent, full-time position will report to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing welding and steel fabrication work, repairing and maintaining equipment and plant, and providing mechanical maintenance support to the operation of the manufacturing process and utility systems. You will also carry out preventive and predictive maintenance routines, plan and participate in project work and planned shutdowns, and support production teams in achieving targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a trade qualification and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position. Maintenance background and experience in industrial fabrication are advantages.
