Matrix Recruitment is working closely with our client to recruit an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team.
This is a permanent job. Full time onsite Mon-Fri.
Your new job
You will provide full cycle recruitment support, employee onboarding, inductions and participate in grievances/disciplinaries & investigations.
Key duties & responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding & inductions.
* Participate in employee grievances, hearings, disciplinaries & investigations. (Must have WRC experience)
* Manage & maintain employee records, absenteeism, compliance documentation and data
* Employee contracts
* Oversee work visas & permits
* Handle employee inquiries i.e. HR policies/procedures
* Prepare reports and HR analytics/statistics
* Assist in the recruitment process i.e. candidate screening/interviews
What are we looking for?
* 4-5 years HR Officer experience working in a similar role
* 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or working towards – essential.
* MUST HAVE experience with employee disciplinaries & grievances – essential
* Knowledge of Employment Law - essential
* Knowledge of Irish Tax/Payroll Law - essential
* Must have WRC experience
* Experience using ERP/HR management systems
* Proficient with MS office i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment within a team environment.
* Strong communication/people skills
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a high standard of accuracy.
* Fluent in English written & oral
* Must have own transport and full Irish driving license
