Urgent Deskside Support Engineer Role
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and management of Windows support and configuration
* SUPPORTING WINDOWS DESKTOPS, OUTLOOK, NETWORKS, MS. OFFICE, O365
* Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
* Maintain and build current documentation in place
* HARDWARE DESKTOP TROUBLESHOOTING
* Interacting with and managing 3rd parties
* Application troubleshooting and support
* Imaging and Deployment
* Manage File Permissions and Access Rights
* Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices
Requirements:
* 1+ years working in a technical support environment (required)
* Application Support – 1st Level
* Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office - Level 1 support
* Office 365 and Virtualization experience advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows
* A Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS
* Comptia A, Comptia Net+
