About the Role:

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal medical team members to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
* Manage a high volume of emails efficiently and effectively.
* Upload documents to the database and update patient files in a timely manner.
* Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including answering high volumes of telephone calls and responding to queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Process large numbers of application forms accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* A background in a hospital setting or GP practice is desirable.
* Strong typing skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar IT software.
* Excellent verbal and written communication etiquette is required.
* Previous experience with minute-taking is advantageous.
* An organized and detailed approach is necessary for this role.
