Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
2. Develop and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices.
3. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
4. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
5. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
6. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments.
7. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
9. Mentor and train team members on DevOps tools and practices.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
11. Master’s degree in a related field.
12. Certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies.
13. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Essential skills
14. Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or similar role.
15. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, .
16. Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
17. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, .
18. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

23. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

25. Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
26. Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.
27. Experience with load balancing and scaling strategies.
28. Understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies.
