Role and Responsibilities:
1. Support the hotel's operations and back office teams.
2. Lead project work to deliver enhanced guest experience and continuous improvement.
3. Proactively manage rosters to ensure adequate cover and cost control.
4. Resolve guest queries and support team in delivering 5-star guest experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in 5*, luxury hospitality environment.
2. Background in Food & Beverage operations.
