About the Position
Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the main central support in providing consulting advice and expertise in the area of project and asset management. You will assess the project work flow and manage these projects accordingly to ensure delivery.
Experience/Requirements
Within this role you are will:
1. Manage projects across the civil and M&E function.
2. The development and management of the Annual Maintenance Plan including corrective and preventive maintenance requirements
3. Responding to day-to-day equipment site issues
4. Ensuring prompt response to system faults and involvement/chairing of fault investigation Groups.
5. Identification and assessment of assets for refurbishment, including initial scoping and preparing capital approvals.
6. Development and management of Asset Management plans, policies and standards including research, development and implementation of new approaches and systems for asset management.
7. Work on construction related programs.
8. Maintenance of ISO55001 Asset Management System
For this role you are required to have:
9. 5 years experience in a Project Engineering or an Asset Management role
10. Experience of plant maintenance and asset management principles
11. An ability to educate people in the area of asset management
12. Strong stake holder management skills.
13. Experience in engineering and construction
14. Experience in creating innovative ideas and solutions
15. Utilities experience in the areas of Power or Water is desired
16. Consulting experience
17. A full drivers license
18. Experience with Maximo ideally however, other ERP's will be considered.
