Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate construction design team meetings, record minutes, and ensure action is taken.
* Coordinate design work with consultants and specialist subcontractors; facilitate workshops to agree on timelines.
* Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
* Provide input into the preparation of the project programme.
* Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and procedures.
* Prepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the team.
* Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience working in a design coordination/administration position or similar within the construction industry.
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite. Previous experience with design-related software is a bonus.
* Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
