Paid Media Marketing Specialist:
A fantastic opportunity for an innovative Paid Media Account Manager/Specialist to join a fintech organisation based in Dublin South.
My client is searching for a confident individual with any paid media experience (social, PPC etc) preferably from an agency environment to plan paid ad campaigns, collaborate with agency on PPC strategy and cultivate brand awareness of their newest digital product
Key Responsibilities:
* Support paid media manager in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
* Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
* Work with paid media manager and media agency daily to ensure campaign performance at optimum levels.
* Work in collaboration with data, analytics and reporting colleagues to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and optmise effectiveness and ROI.
* Develop ongoing road map to test and learn across current and new activity.
* Work closely with the communications and content team to develop compelling creative and content that drives engagement and conversions.
Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
* Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing technology and tools.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate into actionable insights to drive performance.
* Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
* Media agency experience is advantageous.
