The Loughrea Hotel & Spa seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of its operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team by having a clear vision and inspiring change to ensure high customer service and business performance.
* Maintain a positive community image and stay current on local business trends.
* Represent the hotel in a professional fashion and lead the management team to exceed service levels.
* Implement ideas and knowledge to improve hotel operations, including rooms, revenue, leisure, corporate, conference, and weddings.
* Work with departments to raise standards and meet set targets.
* Focus on high service standards, financial acumen, and driving sales/profits.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proven leader with experience in a 4-star hotel, ideally at General Manager level. The ideal candidate should have a passion for curating exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellence.
