Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Matrix Education Field Manager as part of the Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot education team, with the online education team to drive the full online + offline education strategy.
2. Create and execute a clear strategy of online & offline face-to-face education for Ireland, meeting the needs and visions of the direct business.
3. Take complete ownership of the education needs for Ireland and use precise decision making to plan direct education where needed.
4. Lead, coach and develop a regional freelance education and local artistic team, to maximise their performance.
5. Establish and maintain a hairdressing community, enabling retention and development of the Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot brand(s).
6. Track and manage budget expenditure and drive income to balance the local P+L.
7. Forge strong business relationships with commercial, marketing, and other functions across PPD.
8. Manage the smooth running and high quality delivery of all Matrix + Biolage in-salon demonstrations, courses, and events.
9. Have a detailed understanding of ACCESS, enabling education delivery via the platform.
10. Managing the Irish ACCESS portfolio of e-learnings with focus on reach and repetitive touch points.
11. Be prepared to travel widely as part of the role.
Qualifications:
1. A passion and experience in delivering hairdressing education classes, workshops, and presentations.
2. Practised as a professional hairdresser and have achieved an NVQ/SVQ level or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong time management skills to drive business needs and meet KPI targets.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
5. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
6. Ability to work in a demanding environment with a cool demeanor under pressure.
7. Full driving license and willingness to travel widely.
