TTM in partnership with our client, a well-established Homecare Provider in South Dublin, is currently recruiting a Quality Manager for our busy office in South Dublin.
This dynamic role involves full ownership of the Quality Management Processes for all our Dublin 14 Clients. Responsibilities include regularly visiting Clients in their homes by appointment and managing a small team of Quality Supervisors.
Office duties include contacting family members and carers, resolving routine and complex issues, and ensuring that the service fully meets expectations. Regular administrative tasks include updating care plans, recording visits, and maintaining a tracking system for every Client.
Main functions of the role include:
1. Taking ownership and managing the QA function for all Clients in the Dundrum branch.
2. Managing and planning the performance of all regular quarterly visits by field-based supervisors.
3. Carrying out all new clients' first Quality visits and Risk assessments, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.
4. Conducting additional Quality visits in Clients' homes to resolve or pre-empt issues.
5. Following up with family members, healthcare professionals, and carers as required.
6. Entering records of quality visits on People Planner and updating QA tracker and related admin.
7. Identifying and preventing emerging issues with Clients and their service.
8. Contributing to team efforts and assuming other duties related to the provision of quality service.
9. Managing procedures for complaints and incidents, ensuring all events are fully investigated and recorded.
10. Reporting to the Director of Operations and regularly meeting with Care Managers regarding Clients' status and changing needs.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
1. Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in an office-based management role in a related industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload.
5. Confidence in technology use, particularly Excel.
6. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to connect and mediate between clients, their family members, and their Carers.
8. Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
9. A genuine interest in working with the Elderly in the Community.
This is a full-time position with fixed hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with self-managed appointments.
