Park Warden Job Description
Ashton Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Park Warden to manage our client's holiday park locations in Antrim. This is a permanent position with a competitive rate of pay, including a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver summer and winter repair, maintenance, and development works programs for the client's sites.
* Support the sales team to achieve company caravan sales targets and profit margins.
* Manage the installation of caravans at the client's sites.
* Aftersales snagging, warranty, and repairs for privately owned caravans.
* Plan and deliver site safety and security measures.
* Manage short-term accommodation, including cleaning and maintenance tasks, staff rotas, and duty management.
* Deliver an outstanding and safe environment for guests, owners, and team members.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with practical hands-on work experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in team management or leadership, including training, appraising, and developing teams.
* Experience working collaboratively with other business areas to deliver company objectives.
* Working knowledge of site maintenance health and safety policies.
* Experience of budgetary control and cost control measures.
* Proven track record of meeting operational targets and KPIs.
* Full driving license and IT literacy.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and motivation.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience developing grounds maintenance improvement and quality control plans.
* Managing external supply chains and sub-contractor work specialists.
* Maintaining grounds-related machinery and plant, as well as stock control.
* Accredited health and safety training qualification.
* Experience in matrix management, recruitment, and selection.
