You will be responsible for delivering a safe and first-class airport experience to our customers.
You will be expected to have an understanding, be cross trained in all areas of the operation and work flexibly across all functions.
On a day-to-day basis, you will report into and take instruction from the General Manager and Team Leader.

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so. Provide a consistently high-quality customer service ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points.
Perform a range of airport related duties and be prepared to support the daily operation in any capacity required.
Conduct relevant administrative duties e.g., pre-flight and post flight departure.
Promote and sell our services and products to our customers.
Attend and complete all compulsory training by given deadlines.
Ensure compliance with FAA, Company and airport regulations.
Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones.
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.
Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self, as well as the safety of others.
Co-operate with American Airlines to comply with all relevant statutory provisions.
Immediately report serious risks or concerns over safety issues.
Comply with the American Airlines Rules of Conduct Europe & Pacific and work within the context of all Company's policies & procedures.
Maintain a standard of dress code that is appropriate to the role and in accordance with the Company's uniform/dress policy.
Be aware of and sensitive to differences and work in a way consistent with the principles of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice.
Maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and adhere to the Company's Confidentiality Policy.
Actively participate in regular coaching & counselling meetings, performance reviews and development meetings.

Work in any other American Airlines location as necessary.

All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check in line with Irish Aviation Authority guidelines.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stress effectively and work with minimum supervision.
Strong customer focus and enjoy face to face contact with customers.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance & adhere to the uniform standards.
Ability and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays).Be reliable and punctual.
Compliant with all American Airlines policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard.
Be Security trained.
Possess excellent skills in identified areas of Customer Services.
Willingness and ability to successfully complete all relevant training.
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
