This role is key to managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth across the Midlands and West of Ireland.
Your Responsibilities Manage key client accounts, ensuring top-quality talent solutions.
Develop a strong client portfolio in the Midlands & West of Ireland.
Specialise in commercial recruitment (Permanent & Temporary roles).
Achieve and exceed targets by building long-term client relationships.
Source top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through research and networking.
Own your professional development, staying ahead in the industry.
Leverage social media for brand awareness and talent acquisition.
Handle recruitment administration, including contracts and onboarding.
