About the roleWe are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join the GTM Sales Team.
You will help build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our most strategic customers.
What You'll Achieve:
Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion.
Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction.
Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
Liaise with our user base to provide world-class customer experience.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, customer success, etc.)
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
5+ years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
A strong communicator with engaging presentation skills.
A positive and open-minded attitude.
A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.
An ability to find creative solutions when faced with ambiguity.
Nice to Haves:
Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
Strong technical skills.
Experience selling through Partners.
Experience in quarterly sales planning.
