Seeking a detail-driven Payroll professional to manage payroll operations for a growing organisation based in Limerick. The successful candidate will provide expert payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Your Role
* Manage a portfolio of clients with varying pay frequencies
* Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Handle statutory obligations including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and pension reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries
* Maintain and improve payroll processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
* Support audits and contribute to system improvements within the payroll department

Requirements
* 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a bureau or shared service environment
* Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements
* IPASS qualification or similar accounting certification (preferred)
* Experience with payroll software (e.g., Megapay) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
* A team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
