Applications are sought for an Ad Astra Fellow to lead cutting-edge research and teaching in Agri-Food Systems Data Science within the College of Health and Agricultural Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a vibrant research agenda and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance knowledge in Agri-Food Systems Data Science.
* Contribute significantly to teaching and student mentorship, shaping the next generation of leaders in data-driven agriculture and food systems.
* Play a leading role in advancing the School's expertise in agri-food systems modelling, with a focus on sustainability and innovation in food production.
Requirements
* PhD in a relevant field, such as agricultural science, computer science, or data science.
* Strong background in applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) to complex datasets within agri-food systems.
* Demonstrated ability to develop innovative research agendas and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues alike.

Salary Scale: €62,855 - €99,533 Per Annum
