Lead and inspire the van-sales and distribution teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
Utilise your expertise in creating detailed reports to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.

Proven track record of success in sales and business development ideally within the fresh food industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of leading and developing a sales team Proficient in creating detailed reports and utilising computer skills to analyse sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
A passion for the baked goods industry and an understanding of the market and customer preferences.
