Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives to drive sales goals.
* Take the lead in performing back-of-house operations, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and client service activities.
* Act as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, opening and closing the store, and executing daily tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
Elevate In-Store Experience
* Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, providing the Tiffany Touch during every client interaction.
* Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on client feedback.
Operational Excellence
* Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
* Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
* Must currently be based in and hold authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
