Job Description
I am working with a very reputable company in North Cork, who are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their large global team.This is primarily an on site role, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Group Financial Manager. This is a very varied role, where team members work on a weekly rotation across various clients, carrying out numerous responsibilites for each client. Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable- Dealing with creditor invoices and credit notes, and the processing of these invoices
2. Accounts Receivable responsibilities across numerous clients.
3. Financial Reporting of clients Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheets reports
4. Treasury- Setting up and preparing electronic transfers and payments on group company banking system.
5. Various other ad-hoc duties and responsibilites when required.
Desired Experience:
6. Part Qualified Accountant, or Accounting Technician degree or similar.
7. The company will also cover the cost of any exams / courses that wish to be completed.
8. Logistics accounting experience preferable.
9. Payroll preparation and review experience preferable .
10. Knowledge of fundamental accounting functions
11. Computer literate and an intermediate user of MS Office suite.
12. Ability to work with and support a team.
13. Good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to listen.
