Job Details: Graduate - Unit Link Pricing
An entry level position to join the Unit Linked team with Investment Operations.
Location: Navan, Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of Unit Linked activity:
* Provide a Unit Linked capability that meets planned activity levels and client needs, ensuring that the agreed standards are met or exceeded.
* Scope of service relates to a Unit Trust book across all business lines.
1. Unit Linked activity:
* Match position exposures to prescribed limits set out by sector, category, and Company.
* Ensure asset pricing is accurate and up to date.
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly NAV production.
* With Profit Pricing.
* Monitor settlement and related cash flows to ensure accounts are adequately funded.
* Dividend tracking and application.
* Reconciliation of bank, broker accounts, and stock positions.
* Due diligence, onboarding, fund closures, and redirections.
* Awareness of regulatory steps for underlying assets and ensure completion within strict deadlines.
* Fund Portal maintenance.
* Competency in various external Banking systems.
* Resolve complex issues and complaints effectively.
* Escalate client issues in accordance with laid down procedures.
* Ensure processing instructions are adhered to within target time scales.
* Timely and accurate feedback to all relevant parties.
* Ensure all process maps and procedures are current.
* Monitor productivity standards for all key processes.
* Flag cash flow variances immediately to management.
* Escalate errors/incidents to management.
* Statistics and KPI reporting.
2. Planning & Development:
* Assist in the implementation of required business level activities including introduction of new products.
* Liaise with all stakeholders professionally.
* Involve in best practice implementation.
* Share ideas for improvement.
* Align own behaviours to the Utmost values.
* Define and pursue own personal development plan.
3. Project Implementation and Productivity Improvements:
* Identify areas for potential process improvements.
* Assist in the implementation of key projects to improve quality and productivity.
* Platform migrations across all products.
* Workflow supports across all products.
* Definition and implementation of key process changes.
* Commitment to achieve planned changes.
* Maintain a client-centric ethos.
4. Risk Management:
* Embed effective risk management within your function.
* Ensure all assurance actions are proactively cleared in a timely manner.
5. Other Related Duties:
* Perform other job-related roles as required by management.
* Keep knowledge and skills updated.
6. Planning:
* Define activity trends and appropriate solutions.
7. Commercial Awareness:
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
