Area Sales Representative
This role requires a highly motivated individual to generate new sales from existing and new customers nationwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering excellent service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience, with a strong understanding of the financial services market and technical selling skills.
A minimum of 5 years' sales experience is required, with experience in the payment services industry being desirable.
The role involves contacting new customers, sourcing sales leads, maintaining accurate records, and producing timely reports to management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, as well as self-motivation and a proactive approach.

Detailed Job Description
* Set quarterly sales targets by the National Sales Manager and review progress on an ongoing basis.
* Contact new customers nationwide to sell various products from our catalogue.
* Sourcing sales leads through research and phone contact is crucial, as is gaining referrals from the existing customer base.
* Grow sales of various products, including merchant services and other product lines as demand necessitates.
* Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer service calls.
* Produce timely and accurate reports to management on sales progress – company, team, and individual.
Role-Related Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience.
* Experience in the payment services industry is desirable.
* Must demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above.
* A good knowledge of the financial services market is advantageous.
* Familiarity with the sales process for low-margin high-volume products into the convenience retail market.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
