What you will be responsible for
Manage the team in charge of regulatory reporting (SFDR Periodic Reports and PRIIPS KIDs) to ensure production of that reporting in a timely manner. This includes allocation and supervision of daily workload, recruitment process, training and performance management of team members to ensure various areas within the department are well covered at all times.
Build relationships with stakeholders, understand their requirements and ensure that team can deliver on these.
Build knowledge of the data flow and architecture within various platforms. This knowledge is vital to delivery of services and understanding the potential for process improvement.
Work with various stakeholders and business functions on data related projects
Ensure critical data issues and operational risks items are escalated to the head of regulatory reporting team and others in management hierarchy as appropriate and are resolved in a timely manner.
Building on leadership and execute all the above missions under the supervision of the head of regulatory reporting team.
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
Experience of PRIIPs and/or SFDR regulatory reporting is a preference
Languages
English. French an added benefit (not a requirement)
