Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience in construction?
Our client, a well-established construction company, is looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Limerick. If you are passionate about managing large-scale projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
* Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
* Resource Coordination: Oversee the coordination of resources, subcontractors, and materials on-site.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
* Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Construction Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and project management software.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and building codes.
* Educational Background: A relevant degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
