About The Role:
Under the direction of a Director of Planning, a Project Planner will provide professional and technical assistance on a diverse range of town planning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Planning Directors and colleagues on various projects.
* Collate, analyse and interpret socio-economic data and policy materials.
* Write reports summarising analysis and findings.
* Develop innovative solutions to problems.
* Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.
* Support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* BSc or MSc in Regional / Urban / City / Town and Country Planning.
* Professionally qualified or chartered (Member of IPI and/or RTPI).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in town planning.
* Technically proficient in planning legislation and policy matters.
About You:
* Experience in liaising with clients and providing advice on planning matters.
* Excellent working knowledge of planning, development and environmental issues.
