Head of HR Business Partnering
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Kildare. As the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for providing proactive and creative HR business partnering initiatives to ensure the company's objectives are developed, supported, and achieved.
* Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking.
* Coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to ensure people initiatives are implemented to enable the successful delivery of the company's strategy.
* Evaluate and enhance the efficient running of the HRBP team, processes, and practices to proactively support the business leadership team in achieving its objectives.
* Align the HR Business Partner team and actions with the company's strategy and values.
* Champion the organizational values and culture.
* Cultivate business leaders and inspire growth.
* Predict and lead organizational change initiatives.
* Promote forward-thinking strategies that address future workforce needs.
* Develop and drive HR strategy with a business-oriented approach.
* Create and execute talent development, workforce, and workplace solutions.
* Lead the industrial relations strategy.
* As a member of the HR Leadership team, participate actively in the development and implementation of the HR strategic plan.
* Collaborate with HR Operations and COEs on policies, processes, and programs.
* Design and implement the people strategy, along with metrics, for your area of responsibility, including performance management, talent identification, succession planning, organization design, employee engagement, communications, learning and development gaps, and workforce planning.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
* A Hons Degree in a Business or HR-related discipline is essential.
* Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level, including hands-on experience of project and programme management.
* Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen and the ability to translate it into people strategy.
* Ability to build and foster relationships with business leaders.
* Influences decisions to produce positive business outcomes.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrates consulting agility.
