Fantastic opportunity for a payroll specialist with Global payroll experience to join a leading professional firm located at the heart of Dublin City Centre.
You will be working as part of our co-ordination team to deliver payroll services to small, medium and large multinational companies across the globe.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinating the delivery of client payroll processing via our Global Payroll Platform Payzaar, working in conjunction with our member firm payroll teams.
2. Investigation and resolution of payroll issues utilising the international network of firms to procure and co-ordinate solutions to client queries.
3. Supporting clients in short term project engagements, payroll audits and short term staff shortages.
4. Working as part of an implementation team to on-board new clients through their payroll transition from a current provider to the company payroll service.
5. Other such duties in connection with payroll processing, issue resolution and client relations as may arise from time to time.
6. Working on projects to improve service delivery for our clients via automation & process improvements.
7. Onsite and offsite client payroll support with end to end processing of domestic and international payrolls.
Required essential skills & attributes:
1. Proven track record in a payroll role with an intention to pursue a career in international payroll.
2. High level of attention to detail.
3. A strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
4. Strong, articulate communication skills.
5. Ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of developments.
6. Highly organised and efficient.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Exposure to international and high volume payrolls.
9. Knowledge of end to end payroll processing including benefits administration, share based remuneration, statutory payroll regulations and payroll journal entries.
10. Experience in automation projects.
