Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef/Baker to join our team full-time. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage all areas of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of exceptional baked goods while upholding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and produce a wide range of baked goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes, and desserts, as well as sandwiches and pizzas.
2. Work collaboratively across all kitchen departments.
3. Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
4. Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety regulations.
5. Manage workload efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Strong expertise in viennoiserie, pastry, and French cuisine techniques.
3. A passion for food and creativity in baking.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Legal entitlement to work full-time in Ireland.
