Reporting to the Senior Director, Colleague Success Business Partner, its purpose is to lead the HR related aspects of our acquisition and integration activity through collaboration with teams across Bentley and direct hands-on execution of tactical processes.This colleague will work closely with Bentley's M&A and other functional teams, serving as the central point of contact for all HR related topics from exploratory phases to post-acquisition integration. Pre-acquisition, this role involves collecting, interpreting, and producing necessary documentation and engaging with functional colleagues and leaders. Post-acquisition, the Senior A&I Manager will ensure excellent integration and colleague experience by applying proven best practices.We seek an experienced professional who can own, strategize, and execute in a complex corporate environment, thriving in a varied, multi-faceted, fast-paced, and deadline-driven setting. Key traits for success include being results-driven, highly proactive, and possessing a can-do attitude.Responsibilities:Create excellent colleague experiences and facilitate success stories for colleagues joining Bentley through acquisition.Lead the due diligence process for the Colleague Success team, partnering with relevant teams to support effective planning of new team structures.Determine Bentley offerings in partnership with relevant parties, including job mapping, contract harmonization, and compensation offerings.Lead the integration process from the Colleague Success side, representing Colleague Success in various meetings and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Develop acquisition playbooks, guides, and templates to support teams through the acquisition and integration processes.Collaborate closely with other teams for a smooth onboarding and integration experience for both acquired colleagues and existing teams.Handle operational HR aspects of colleague onboarding, including offer letters and contracts.Introduce acquired colleagues to Colleague Success teams and conduct quarterly check-ins post-handover.Deliver exceptional colleague experiences by identifying and implementing areas for improvement.Requirements:5-7 years of experience in human resources / employee relations.3-5 years of experience in acquisitions and integration.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse functional teams.Effective influencing skills for resolving complex acquisition matters.Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Basic knowledge of legislative and employment requirements.Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail.Willingness to travel internationally.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements.What We Offer:A great team and culture.An exciting career in a world-leading software company.Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities to work within a global and diverse team.A supportive and collaborative environment.Colleague Recognition Awards.About Bentley Systems:Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
