Safety Generalist
Support the operation and its leadership team to achieve best practice safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Control function for regulatory training process
* Auditing of regulatory training process
* Developing improvements for regulatory training process
* Coordinate occupational hygiene program
* Write competent reports of occupational monitoring
* Support operational teams with regulatory training and awareness programs
* Investigation, follow-up, and reporting of safety incidents
* Timely reporting of data to Group and Statutory Authorities
* Lead audits conducted by Health and Safety Authority and external 3rd Party
* Manage internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Ability to work effectively as a Safety practitioner
* Strong relationships across the organisation
* Flexibility and collaborative manner
* Ability to work with complex safety issues
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong analytical ability and logical approach to problem solving
Desirable Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in similar industry
* Considerable exposure to safety function
* Experience of working in highly regulated industry
* Technical College or University Degree in Science, Safety, Engineering, or related discipline
