Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Programming Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple global projects, a diligent approach to data analytics, and extensive experience in commercial and manufacturing sectors. This role requires a professional who can oversee and coordinate global services, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in delivery. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, but candidates must be based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
The Global Programming Manager will oversee and manage multiple global programming projects, developing project plans that include scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, the manager will monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Leading project teams, the manager will provide guidance and support to achieve project objectives. Utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes, the manager will collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and insights, implementing data-driven strategies to optimize project performance and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data collected and reported.
As the manager will be responsible for the delivery and performance of global services. Developing and implementing service management processes and standards, the manager will ensure consistent service delivery across different regions and time zones, manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve service delivery through feedback and innovation.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have proven experience in managing multiple global projects simultaneously is required, along with a strong background in data analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Extensive experience in commercial and manufacturing sectors is essential. Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a remote environment while residing in Ireland and have experience with project management tools and software. Knowledge of global service management practices and standards is required.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred candidates will have PMP or PRINCE2 certification, experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other analytics software, and an understanding of international business practices and cross-cultural communication will be advantageous.
