Italian Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Italian Sales Representative to join our dynamic new project in South Dublin. This role involves identifying and onboarding hosts for our client's expanding platform, requiring a strong background in recruitment, sales, or partnership development, as well as a passion for the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to identify potential co-hosts for our client's properties.
* Initiate outreach via various channels to engage with prospective hosts.
* Facilitate initial discussions to assess interest and suitability.
* Oversee ongoing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Collaborate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
* Respond to inquiries from potential hosts and monitor recruitment pipelines.
* Work closely with the marketing team to craft effective outreach strategies.
* Provide regular reports and updates on progress and results.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership management.
* Proficiency in Italian at C1 level or above.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify and research potential hosts effectively.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
