The Role:
Our client is a market leader in hardware manufacturing, and they are searching for a highly skilled C# Developer who thrives on complex technical challenges and has a proven track record in desktop software development and hardware programming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and enhance desktop applications using C# for high-performance hardware.
* Develop and program embedded software solutions for proprietary hardware products.
* Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless software integration with hardware components.
* Lead technical projects from concept to execution, including coding, testing, and debugging new software applications.
* Improve and maintain existing software, implementing new features and performance enhancements.
* Conduct rigorous testing to ensure software and hardware reliability, quality, and performance standards.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with C# in desktop software development.
* Proficiency in embedded software development, especially related to hardware programming.
* Hands-on experience working with hardware interfaces, such as sensors, microcontrollers, or industrial equipment.
* Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to design, implement, and optimize code for performance and stability.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
* Experience with cross-functional collaboration particularly with hardware and firmware engineers, to drive the overall product design and development.
