Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the operation of the hotel's restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting facilities. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of up to 35 staff and ensure exceptional guest comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel.
* Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
* Coordinate stock control, stock taking, ordering, and deliveries.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best possible service and guest experience.
* Train and up-skill the team in all areas of service and standards.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of full management experience in food and beverage operations in a 4/5* hotel.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills are essential for this role.
* A professional, well-presented, polite, friendly manner, and attention to detail are required.
